    -Great customer experience with Vivian Fan
    -Courteous and diligent; stayed 2-3 hours after her scheduled shift so I could pick up my vehicle.
    -Receptive to negotiation. Don't be afraid to ask for a better price or some bells and whistles. As long as they don't lose huge margin, and you're a happy customer, they will go the extra mile. Don't sign anything until you're sure though.
    - Only thing I don't appreciate is their sales pressure; not from Vivian (she's awesome) but from others. But then again, that is to be expected in this cut-throat business.
    -I do recommend
