    I called a head to get a trailer hitch installed. Was told to show up and that they had the rest of the day open. Upon arrival got a lot of attitude from Smith the on sight mechanic, and was told that he couldn't do it and that he didn't have the part, all the while receiving some real attitude for some unknown reason. The next day I go get it done at another u haul location and found out that they did in fact have the part and that Smith was just being a jerk for no apparent reason. Overall bad service. Wouldn't recommend.
