    The service is bad and the staff is horrible very badly prepared and they invent their own rules. I rented a car in Victoria Park (excellent service) without any problem, then I wanted to rent in this place and they invented that with my driver's license I can not do it.
    I show them the Ontario law and there they tell me that it is an internal policy.
    Which is a lie they just did not train, all the previous times the people of other stores had the ability to verify my driver's license, even in the United States I did not have any problem either.
    I was a regular customer here and in other countries and this is far the worst service I have ever had.
