    How nice it is to know that the reviews are deleted by this company on YELP ...THEY erase the reviews that are made to suit themselves so that if your not wary of how to read the reviews.

    (FILTERED REVIEWS) located on/near the bottom on the left on YELP ...DELETED # of REVIEWS

    They obviously offer BAD SERVICE AND AFRAID to show it.

    SO BUYERS BEWARE: Since I am not going to rewrite "my review" copy and pasting is so much easier.

    I witnessed a young lady who was mistreated and hoped she would make her review on here "yelp". Saw it last week and now it is not visible. As I am not computer savy I asked my son to help me sign in.

    There were a total of 4 reviews on here when I read her review. I agree that they provide service only to suit themselves and not flexible....not worthy of spending money here.

    Poor girl waited patiently without any disturbance...the esthetician sent her to a closed location on the approval of the MANAGER! and when she came back they wouldn't service her....even after they told her they would. She waited over 4 hrs! she didn't mind waiting as she told the esthetician and her lashes were half gone and wedding next day. Manager arrived agreed to service her...then sent her away to the other location again. WOW. Now that is an emergency when she was willing to waste her time again to travel to the other location. The poor girl was even told the esthetician on site (on Eglinton location) was not QUALIFIED to remove them...but qualified to put them on? Really??

    I also over heard her & the manager (Ken) make verbal promises, lets get real...She's not getting her $132 refund.

    I will not go back knowing how they operate.

    BUYERS BEWARE.
