- Arif Khan Added 2018-06-03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today worst service. Four tellers doing some things else other than customer service. I was the only person at Branch but didn't get any attention. So I gave up and going to a different branch..
- Needing Sobriety Added 2017-10-04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to one of the reps to see how much I had in my bank account (as I don't bank with cibc but I had a couple of account open that I didn't use. Well Turns out I had over draft and I had a negative she decided to say outloud so everyone can hear "Why are you paying for Equifax credit when you don't even have any money" So she went on to tell me it was a waste of money I don't have. Very embarrassing considering it is NOT my bank I bank with. I paid it off and closed the accounts along with my mutual fund which she was not able to see on her system.
